This is the rubric that we are currently using to grade sim leagues it may be changed over time:

LAYOUT/SKIN - Out of 10 - The overall layout of the forum is given a mark out of 10. Layout is defined as they ease of use of the forum, and the look of the layout of the forum. The better the layout, the better the mark of course. Forum organization is key in this section. Marks can be also earned for things like welcome boxes and ticker boxes, if they look good, however they could be docked for over use of extra mods. Skin look is also incorporated into the mark.

MEMBER ACTIVITY - Out of 10 - How involved are your members? This is not just post count, but quality of posts, as well as member feedback and interest in the league outputted by the members. If your members care about the league, then you should get a good mark.

LEAGUE ACTIVITY - Out of 10 - How involved are the comissioners and staff of the league? Do the admins give regular updates and are they involved with the discussion around the forums? How up to date is the website (if there is one)?

UNIQUENESS - Out of 10 - Do you have features or things that no other leagues have, and if so, to what extent? How unique is your league compared to other leagues?

SIMS - Out of 10 - How often are your sims? Are the simmers dependable and do they post the sims on time? How long do your seasons last, and how organized are the sims? Do the simulations include PBP (for player leagues, stands for play-by-play). Are your sims easy to find on the forum or website, and how are they organized? MArks are lenient based on simming engine.
